Rental Form:

*Rental reservation form must be filled out in its entirety well in advance to ensure availability. Rentals cannot be reserved until we receive the rental reservation form and deposit. RENTAL RESERVATION FORM to be filled out and faxed to LRSE at 401-683-2875

A deposit of $50.00 is required for rental consideration.

Rental period runs from the day the rental leaves LRSE to the day it is returned. A late fee of $30.00 a day will accumulate for any late equipment.

Shipping or Delivery:

LRSE recommends that equipment is picked up and returned in person!

SHIPPING. Please call for details. Shipping a life raft is hazardous and is therefore $180 for a one way trip.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be two weeks prior to start of rental period and before it is shipped. Otherwise LRSE can charge you for full rental.

Rental Items: LRSE does our best to ensure that you get the rental equipment that you requested. However, it is to our discretion what brand and capacity we have available to rent at that time.

All rental items are rented with up to date service certificates. The equipment we rent you, is what we would trust our lives on.
